Before you start a system recovery do remember that all data on your computer will be deleted. If you have any important files such as MP3, Photos or other documents make sure you have a back up before you start. The easy way is to buy a USB hard drive , copy all your stuff to this and after your reset you can copy it back. It's also a good idea to back up all your work to an external drive weekly. You never know when a hard drive is going to die on you and it's much better to have all your work safe. Good Luck

You will need to use the system recovery option instead of the system restore function, this will restore your computer to factory settings, so if you have anything that you need to save first then copy the files or photos, music on to a removable cd-rom disk so that it can be coped back for system recovery will delete any software that you might have installed since you brought the computer, first unplug the webcam, printer cable and scanner cable before you start the system recovery and make sure that you have all the necessary disks ready to install back on to the computer such as webcam software, printer software, scanner software,
its a bit scary at first when you first do this but just follow the on screen instructions and you will be fine,, good luck

Like the other poster said, it is in the BIOS settings. Usually there's a key you need to press when your computer is booting up. On mine it's [F2], but it could be any key. Within the BIOS there should be a setting to "Load Factory Defaults" or something like that. Do that.

Google bios if you are not familiar with it.
