Is it possible to use a voice box to receive skype on my regular phone?

I have an Engin voice box (Spa 3000) and since I found Engin VOIP delivery unsatisfactory in my area (North West Tasmania) I thought it might be possible to use it to call and receive skype calls on my regular phone? Is it possible and where would I find out how to configure it?

No, skype is a IP phone system. It does not call your regular phone.
