As for hate, and violence attributed to, performed in the name of, or attributed to God, well, Christianity is a worldwide curse.

True Born Again Believers do not do the things you mentioned. Many profess Christianity, yet, have no actual knowledge of Christ Jesus. America is made up of many free peoples and nationalities, therefore, there are many different religions practiced in this free country. Many claim the title of Christianity, yet they deny Christ Jesus' divinity. These are false christians. As a true follower of Christ Jesus, I would never kill or hurt anyone for their beliefs. I am only commanded to teach Gods Word with Truth and out of love for people. Those who do these horrific things do not know God, nor have they ever known God. There is sin and extremism in all belief systems. Those who do not claim that Jesus Christ is God Almighty are not of the Christianity taught in the scriptures. They are deceived.
