i wen out with s lad my friend set me up with, he treated me awful an i was so hurt byi it all an my friend hated himn, said she cudnt see him as her mater ever again but i asked her to be nice to him for my sake if we ever saw him. 3 months later were at a party and he comes with us, i cant be nasty to people so i made an effor to to talk to him as he was quite nervous with me. I had no feelings for him.. i was asking him to come and join us dancin but he kept saying no. i told my friend during the night that i was upset that id made an effort and he still seemed snotty towards me he didnt really deserve my company at all. she said ignore him the weirdo. i wne ttot eh toliet 5 mins later and when i got bak i was sat on my olwn 4 ten mins b4 noticing my friend and him dancing. i lef the party due to feeling let down, it took her an hr to check were i was. the next day i went round to her house to get my car she asked why i was in a mood and she relatiated it was a dance for god sake

she then told me he had stayed over in her bed. (her sister is engaged to his cousin) i walked off... she sent me text saying i was over reacting, i tried to explain myself to her she continued to set nasty texdt s saying im and her were stressed out with me coz i aske why hetreated me the way he did during the party, i just felt like i was owed an explanation due to the awful way he treated me. weve not spoke since.... am i overreacting for being upset seems to me its just another lad coming b4 me .

Yes, I think you may be over-reacting. So she danced with him and spent the night with him. I'm not clear on why you're actually upset. Maybe you do still have feelings for him.
You say: "as he was quite nervous with me." So he was nervous and uncomfortable after your last encounter - not snotty.
The reaction is: nothing. She's a meanie for choosing him over you despite your objections. You should've left and never spoke to her or about her again. Find another friend.

perhaps you over reacting a litttle all they did was dance. if they did more than that then i would of understand why you would be so upset.
