me and my ex are still friends and everytime hes around me always finds away to touch me you know playing around and dont get me worng i do want to get back togather and ive told him him i want to get back togather and he wants me to wait because he just got out of a realationship about 3 weeks ago and i ve been wanting to kiss him for a while now should i just do it i no he still has feelings for me hes told me and we talk on the phone all nigth no lie as if we were togather what should

Why did you break up? That reason will probably pop up again somewhere down the track.
But anyway
You should tell him that unless you get a commitment of some form then its hands off. Its not fair to you when you could be out there looking for someone who does want to date you. Keep to it as well, if he really wants you then he'll come around, but if you just let him do what he wants then he won't be commiting any time soon.

If this was actually meant to be, you two would of never broke up in the first place. If he really wanted to go back out with you again he wouldn't say wait, he would just take you right back. Maybe you two are just suppose to be really good friends and thats all. Why don't you talk this out with him.
And if you want to kiss him, kiss him
if it was really meant to be, when you kiss him it will be like you kissed him for the first time and it should spark =]

Look babe! Its simple i know your pretty and sexy but lets just be real here for a second. Your boyfriend just got out of a relationship and you still want him back??? please look at yourself in the mirror after that look your friends friends see any guys out there? there's probably a million guys who whould want to be with you, give time for yourself trust me babe, there so many guys outhere who is just waiting in line, there just afraid to ask thats all.
