I will be leaving home for 5 days so I will not be able to watch them out.

No, it should not be a problem, However, both of your dogs should be fixed, as a responsible pet owner. There are far too many unwanted pets in shelters out there..you don't need to run the risk of more puppies.

Your question says you are leaving home for 5 days....You are just leaving your pets alone with no one checking on them? That is a really bad idea. Please get a pet sitter...have someone come over and let your dogs out, feed them, give them fresh water...do not trust that nothing will go wrong in 5 days.

If she is not in heat, no they will not mate. But are you sure she won't be? And does he have the tendency to hump her anyway to show dominance? If yes, I am not sure I can guarantee 100% that he'll behave.

Get them both neutered, then you won't have any more worries. And their lives will be happier and healthier, guaranteed.
