Hi,i'm 14 and i weigh 56 kg.My hight is 162cm.Plaese tell me how i can lose 4 kg in a week!Besides is my weight ok?
And if its not how much should i lose.Please be honest!!!!

theres nothing wrong with your weight and losing 4kg in a week is good for you,eat health and do lplenty of exercise,cycling and jogging are the best for burning fat,swimming is good too,dont eat after 5 or 6 at night so you burn off food before you go to sleep !
