These days the Middle East is once again the scene of bloodshed. Israeli troops are employing the most ruthless and cruel methods against Palestinians. The Israeli Army is ruthlessly bombing Palestinian settlements, shooting at children and trying to make Palestine uninhabitable. Some Palestinian radicals, on the other hand, are attacking Israeli civilian targets and spreading violence with their terrible suicide attacks aimed at women and children.

Our heartfelt wish as Muslims is for the anger and hatred on both sides to die down, for the bloodshed to stop and for peace to come to the Middle East. We oppose both the Israeli killing of the innocent and the Palestinian bombing of innocent Israelis.

In our view, the most important condition for this blind conflict to come to an end and for real peace to be established in the Middle East is for both sides to genuinely and honestly understand and implement their own beliefs.

The Israelis might be upset by the suicide bombers and the rocket attacks.

That said, I know that the Israeli government has used excessive force and collective punishment against the Palestinians. BOTH sides have to renounce the violence or there will never be peace there. Also, if Israel can have a state, then Palestine should be allowed a state too.

And, surprise: I am an American. Good to hear the moderates are finally speaking up for what Islam is really supposed to stand for.

that page is nothing but pretty lip service that sounds good to ignorant people.

the fact is that covert bombings against civillians, executed by palestinians, are the instigation. Israel gives and gives and gives, and the palestinians always end up starting it again.

the fact is Jerusalem will remain in israeli control, and that will not change. it is ALREADY a free city, and would only remain that way under israeli control.

if islam truly wanted to respect Judaism's views they'd voluntarily remove the dome of the rock. honestly religiously it being there is as offensive as if there was a billboard saying "allah is an idol!" outside mecca. at least for some people.

note also that this group is in affiliation with an extremist anti-zionist jewish group (what, you didn't think judaism could possibly have extremists?)

or how about islam as a whole, forcing the palestinian goverment to change their charter to not include a hard goal of extinguishing israel?

its a bull**** page of deception.

The scriptures are clear on who owns the land of Israel. Anyone who is for dividing up Israel is in opposition to God.
Joel 3:2,14... Zech 2:8
God also tells us that the land of Israel belongs to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their descendants, forever.
Gen 15:18...17:2-8
Ishmael, the father of modern day Palestinians was excluded from the title deed to the land in Gen. 17:19-21. Therefore, modern day palestinians have no biblical mandate to own the land. This means that whoever supports the Palestinians is in direct violation of Gods Word. Stop trying to tip toe on the fence, you cannot serve God and the world, pick a side, good or evil, it is a choice we all have to make. I pick Christ Jesus and the Holy Word of God.
God Bless You....Peace.

slightly dense & displaying a political time table pondering the final public of Israelis are Mizrahi or Sephardic, & that Asheknazis are extra heavily on the subject count of those Jews than to teams in Europe. it extremely is all stupid. it incredibly is a tiny sliver of land & the great intolerance that somebody no longer Arab Muslim, is working it & has self-rule & self-decision... makes those doing the call-calling seem so small & valueless as human beings.

You want peace? Great. Change the platform of HAMAS to recognize the State of Israel and then agree to any of the many peace proposals.

Israel has agreed to all proposals -- the Palestinians have agreed to none.

fair enough

but actions not words are the way to bring peace to both sides.

So far I see a lot of words but little action.
