I am a 38 year old white female. For more than a week I have had this headache. I go to sleep with it and I wake up with it. When I wake up its very mild but increases in pain rapidly. I am very tired no matter how much sleep I get. I wake up at night to use the bathroom. I drink a lot of water. I am living in a different country that doesnt speak my language so going to the doctor is difficult. I am a migrane sufferer but this is NOT a migrane. I need this to go away. I have many many things to do but I just dont feel up to it feeling like this.

You don't say which country, but you may have the early stages of malaria.

The general symptoms include:

headache
nausea
fever
vomiting and
flu-like symptoms

Malaria can occur despite taking anti-malarial drugs and symptoms of malaria infection usually occur within 9 to 14 days.

You need to find a dr. and interpreter ASAP.

I feel that there is a lot of stress that has accumulated .
I am suggesting a breathing exercise! you may try this if everything else has not worked.

sit in the most comfortable pose on a chair . this is most commonly called friendship pose.

Try to keep your backbone as straigth as possible. this can be achieved by feel the backbone with your fingers, you should not feel the lumps of the joints.

Now slowly inhale keeping the concentration at the tip of your nose in between the nostrils Feel the flow of air go in and out here. during this phase try to relax your shoulders and neck muscles. Try not to expand the chest but let the stomach inflate slightly, This is called diaphragm breathing.

Hold the breath for as long as possible or comfortable.

Now slowly start to exhale through both nostrils. Let the stomach muscles contract slightly till the breath is expelled.

continue this for as long as necessary or you feel that your body is relaxed. You may add a slight variation by thinking that all your problems are being expelled to the wide big ocean. This will change the state of mind from your problems to some thing new thereby letting go of the stress.

Do you have a friend that speaks the common language where you are living as well as English? Maybe they can escort you to the doctor and help interpret for you. It sounds like you really need to see one....who knows what the issue is so it's best you sort it out.

Do you need glasses..maybe an ear infection who knows but good luck.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy, YOG and Ayurved, but how can you manage pl see.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

Get online advice from doctorndtv.com immediately. Request the doc on line that he/she should write a proper prescription for you which a local doctor will understand.
I think this will help.
