saturday.
i woke up at noon..
-1:50pm cup of coffee [low fat milk& sugar[
-1 apple
-2 tacos carne asada [with salsa, sour cream,etc]
-9pm chiken sandwich
-1 orange
-1 churro
-bowl of cereal [special k]
-salad [2 bowls]
-grapes
-1 kiwi
...and a glass of iet pepsi& 40oz of water.
did i go over 1,200? :[[[ i feel so fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
help how many cals/carbs/etc did ieat today?
im thinking tomorrow im going to eat an orange, kiwi,apple,banana and lots of water thats IT!!!!!!!!!!!!.
and go to the gym!.
