i woke up at noon..
-1:50pm cup of coffee [low fat milk& sugar[
-1 apple
-2 tacos carne asada [with salsa, sour cream,etc]
-9pm chiken sandwich
-1 orange
-1 churro
-bowl of cereal [special k]
-salad [2 bowls]
-grapes
-1 kiwi
...and a glass of iet pepsi& 40oz of water.





did i go over 1,200? :[[[ i feel so fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
help how many cals/carbs/etc did ieat today?

im thinking tomorrow im going to eat an orange, kiwi,apple,banana and lots of water thats IT!!!!!!!!!!!!.
and go to the gym!.

its not healthy to eat less than 1500cal.
you can live without sugar in your coffee.
tacos - you do know its junk food???
i hope your sandwich was made with whole wheat bread?!
i dont know what is churro, but i guess nothing good.
you need more water.
if you dont want to slow down your metabolism eat every 2-3 hours (5-6 small meals a day).

Listen, forget all that counting calorie crap. Have u ever seen a fat runner? Eat right, eat all you need and start walking, when that becomes easy start walking/jogging. then increase time/speed doing it. stop jogging and start walking before you run out of oxygen. (that means when it becomes dificult trying to talk while jogging) Catch your breath and keep repeating Hit the weights only for some muscle definition .I did that for 4 months and ate right,ate bad, smoked and lost 40 pounds. From 200-160. I gain weight weight every winter start in March and by summer Im bringing sexy back baby.
