"Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds."
From the last sermon of Prophet Mohammed
"By God, he is not a true believer,
from whose mischief his neighbors do not feel secure."
Prophet Mohammed (Bukhari, Muslim)
"I would rather live in America under Ashcroft and Bush at their worst, than in any “Islamic state” established by ignorant, intolerant and murderous punks like you and Mullah Omar at their best."

Unfortunately, fundamentalist Muslims, just like fundie Christians, don't really follow their faith. They just follow whoever yells the loudest.

I completely consider you, with the acception that the Muslim community would not have the braveness to stand up against terrorism being partly authentic. that isn't often authentic in any respect. Many Muslims overtly protest terrorism including myself. the issue is that the prejudice anti-Islamic (and conveniently Zionist) media selections and chooses what to record, so why could it ever go with to record some thing sturdy approximately Muslims? it is been spreading lies and rumors and misconceptions approximately Islam for an extremely long term, and there are sufficient ignorant human beings to have faith all of it. look into my weblog on my Yahoo! 360 Profile...that's committed to denouncing terrorism, and in case you have a 360, please upload me as your pal and remark on my weblog...i've got not been on 360 for a together as now that college started in spite of the undeniable fact that... Azure S: wonderful factors and answer! Agreed! by ways, there are definitely countless Islamic agencies committed to condemning terrorism, including MAT (Muslims against Terrorism). darkish Prince: a company like that already exists :) And that's named MAT (Muslims against Terrorism). however the media could in no way tutor that it exists because of the fact, nicely, frankly, why could desire to it? The media is anti-Islamic.

Of course ISLAM fobids terrorism, but what about the innocent Muslims dying at the hands of Non-Muslims, people are quick to point fingers when a Muslim commits terror but forget about the roots of the problem. Islam promotes peace, tolerance, just cuz a Muslim does bad does not mean its Islam's fault, but terrorism is done by many people of all faiths, Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world and i dont belive people of all walks of life are converting cuz Islam promotes terrorism, do u? lol, people know Islam is against terrorism, this is anceitn now, no point on dwelling in this,

Actions speak louder than words. When I see the Muslim nations, in the middle east, finally stop all the bloodshed amongst themselves, then and only then will I be impressed.
Since time began, these people have been at constant war with eachother, constant bloodshed, non-stop since time began. How can you say Islam is peaceful? Islam is peaceful in other parts of the world, but not in the middle east where Islam was founded. Stop with the deceptive talk of peace, when that area of the world has never seen peace.

I saw a video tape of Muslims beheading someone in the name of Allah. Now they may not represent all of Islam but there is no denying that the Islamic community suffers from this problem.

Tell that to the terrorists!
Islam is a violent religion, to say otherwise is a lie.
What the Quran says about terrorism:
3:151 "We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve."
4:74 "Fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward."
4:76 "Those who believe do battle for the cause of Allah; and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the minions of the devil."
4:91 "Take them and kill them wherever ye find them. Against such We have given you clear warrant."
8:12 "I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger."
21:97 "Behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve!"
33:35-36 "Allah repulsed the disbelievers. ... He brought those of the People of the Scripture who supported them down from their strongholds, and cast panic into their hearts. Some ye slew, and ye made captive some.
59:2 "He it is Who hath caused those of the People of the Scripture who disbelieved to go forth from their homes unto the first exile. Ye deemed not that they would go forth, while they deemed that their strongholds would protect them from Allah. But Allah reached them from a place whereof they recked not, and cast terror in their hearts so that they ruined their houses with their own hands and the hands of the believers. So learn a lesson, O ye who have eyes!"
59:13 "Ye are more awful as a fear in their bosoms than Allah.

If only more Muslims thought like that then maybe peace in the Middle East would be possible.
