For the past few days I have noticed four sore areas on my hand and foot. Although I can not see a bruise when I push on the areas they are sore. One is on the palm of my hand, the other two are located on different fingers on the palm side. One is located towards the top of the finger while the other is located at the base of the finger. The last spot is on the ball of my foot. Again, these are just tender spots which feel like bruises although they do not have any appearance associated with them. Although I frequently lift weights I do not have these sore areas on my other hand or other foot. Let me know if you have any suggestions as to what it might be. Thanks
Robert

From your description it sounds like arthritis inflammation. I suggest you get a medical examination to find out exactly what it is And get treatment.

it would be the cocsackie virus, does she have them in her mouth too? It is the hand, foot and mouth virus. Has she had a fever? This is anything you simply ought to wait out.
