so how do i lose weight.. without exercising..??

i had been in bed (mostly) for more than 4months now (i was hit by a car and had 8 fractures in my left leg).
i guess body is burning more calories when something need to be "repaired". i had been eating more than ever because i never before had time to eat. i eat every 2 hours a little bit of something, mostly fruit, veggies, yogurts, cereal, whole wheat bread with salad).
also when i started walking on crutches it was quite a work out.

well right now just watch your diet and there are forms of exercise you can but obvious not as intense right now. You can do upper extremity work that will keep your metabolism going too.

eat healthy. lots of fruits and vegetables and lessen your carb intake and no soda.
