YES, it is very bad to consume dairy milk! And it will mess with your system. Remember that dairy milk was designed for only on reason to feed the baby calf. It is unnatural to consume this dairy product especially on a regular basis. Look into other natural milk products such as Soy milk, Rice milk and Almond milk. These are very delicious and nutritious. Where as dairy milk is supplemented with vitamins including the calcium we need as women, so our most of the other non dairy milks. Please read these books by John Robbins "The Food Revolution" and "Diet for a New America.

if you are concerned with your chance of stroke or heart attack and are an adult you should not only avoid all dairy products but meats fish chicken oils and sulfites . Protein consumption has been reported as related to calcium excretion as you mentioned . Aside from avoiding milk products necesary calcium consumption is found in some vegetables and in non fat or low fat milk products and milk with much of the risks removed as is suggested in this article following :

It depends on what else you are eating. Milk is part of everyday diet and should be drank. But if you are concerned about a defiency or getting too much..i would talk to your doctor...he/she is the only one qualified to let you know.
