I got pulled over on my way home from baltimore 10 minutes ago ( I live in hagerstown.) And i got pulled over for doing a 46 in a 65 zone, and failure to keep center. They thought i was drinking.. But im only 16 and they smelled alcohol so i had to take a field test with like 5 state troopers around. Scared the crap out of me and was very nervous and shaky, but i passed by keeping my head still and using my eyes to locate the finger, but anyways i got a warning, does it affect my 6 month hold period for my permit? i only have 2 weeks until i can get my provisional and im worried that its reseted..

...I wasnt drinking, my brother who is 25 was drinking so i had to drive for him.. just came back from a wedding...they smelled alcohol in the car not on me, why do you think i passed the field test?

Forget about it. All you got was a warning, that is totally nothing at all. If he gave you a ticket, then you would have had a problem, if you had been drinking, you would have had a major problem.
Just remember, you don't get to pick your boyfriends in jail. lol

You should be fine! They let you go right? I'm sorry but most cops I've came into contact with are jerks and always try to find something to mess with you about, even if you didn't do anything!

you were drinking and driving? and are worried about how your permit will be affected? #1- you aren't supposed to be driving alone on a permit. #2- you shouldn't be drinking and driving! #3- you got lucky, or just got a dumbass cop.
stop fooling around, and take it seriously. you're going to kill someone.
