I've been working out for the longest now, I've noticed that I was losing inches and the water weight is gone. I've lost some of the solid fat, but now my body's wanting to hold onto the fat. I do a lot of cardio everyday, and I stay hydrated, I build muscle during strength training. My body is holding onto the remainder of the 20 pounds that I'm trying to lose. That remainder doesn't want to seem to come off for nothing. What is some advice to get this remainder off so I can feel 20 pounds lighter, this is getting frustrating!

we get the point. you told us that you're holding on to fat about 4 times in 3 sentences. none of which were coherent. so settle down.

one theory is that there is a set point. we are evolved from hunter-gatherers... times of famine, when we didn't know when our next meal was coming. therefore, we adapted ways to hang on to fat (great energy store) for when we need it. so it's difficult to get rid of those "stubborn" few pounds.

you'll just have to keep exercising, doing cardio, and eating less. despite what people might try and sell you, that's the only way.

Keep in mind that if your strength training and doing cardio you are also gaining muscle mass (muscle is heavier than fat) so that troublesome 20 lbs. could have been muscle that was built from your exercise regime. Try using a body fat percentage instead of weight to determine your fitness level.

Also, your weight fluctuates about 5-10 lbs. throughout the day so don't flip if all of a sudden your 5 lbs. above normal.

One possibility is that your body is getting used to your exercise routine. You may need to change up your cardio like swimming or running uphill, etc. Challenge your body and see what happens.

lol, you may have maximum of those traits and not in any respect be a vampire you comprehend? My grandma matches an outstanding variety of those traits ok yet she is easily no longer a vampire. Vampires do not even exist, they are fictional and continuously will be. don't be so naive. There are despite the indisputable fact that power vampires. They arent quite vampires they in basic terms take others power and the fellow in a large number of cases finally ends up feeling drained. L&L
