open your mouth and form vowels and consonants into understandable verbiage!

First be positive.
Then refresh your knowledge on basic grammar.
Start speaking simple sentences to friends and family or to out siders. You need to speak as much as possible. If somebody can help you point out your mistakes, that would be great. Don't worry if you make mistakes. You can correct them. It's OK.
Think of the questions immigration officers might ask and practise you answers.
Practise as much as possible in the rest of the time you got.
Think in English. Watch English programs.Totally immerse youself in English.
Most importantly don't feel worried or helpless. You'd be fine.

im assuming you dont have time to take classes so i suggest you try english, movies, music, books, etc. immerse yourself in the english language and im sure there are easy free study guides online that you can print that give excellent tips. i speak english fluently so i cant extremely helpful when it come to learning, but good luck

I learnt a lot whilst watching my favourite TV show in English. All the DVDs have the original on it in English. Talk a lot with people who speak English very well and can tell you your mistakes. Good luck...........you can do it!

Yes, practice. If you know someone who speaks english ask them to help you practicing answering different questions.

just talk to people a lot, and try to read a lot of books. also u can try some online quizzes and tests to improve ur grammar and ur pronounciation.
