There is nothing you can do to get rid of cellulite. It is pretty much hereditary. And you shouldn't be doing squats non stop. You will end up pulling something.

Do three sets of 15 reps per day everyday. You will see a difference.

Doing a lot of squats will either flatten you or build you...it depends on your genetics.

As for the cellulite, there's is nothing you can do to get rid of it. You can buy creams to minimize the appearance.

I dont know how long you put up there....but if you do squats non-stop for any period of time over like I would think something like 15 min (depending on weight and strength) you would probably collapse of muscle fatigue

What kinda time is that? If you do them consistantly it will firm up and if you lose weight the dimples should lessen

umm squats wont do it i dont think cause that'll just give u beastly legs plus you shouldnt do training that long because you over work yourself, especially if its on a muscle you haven't worked out before that much.

what in the blue hell are you asking?

you need to take 3rd grade spelling, and go back to that 1st grade class where they taught "telling time". this will help you pose a question that others can understand. my head hurts just trying to read it. idiot.
