I am taking prenatal vitamins and my hair and nails are growing SO fast! Everyone I know who is taking them says the same thing. (you don't have to be pregnant to take them, my doctor said that it is a great muli-vitamin).
Also make sure you get enough protein and other nutrients during the day. Your hair is "made" of protein and so if you are depriving yourself of nutrients, it will not grow as fast or as healthy.
Also make sure you get it cut every 8 weeks or so, just a trim to keep it from getting split ends. If you get split ends, it will stop growing. Do not use a blow-drier or curling iron at least 2ce a week to give your hair a break

To be completely honest, you can't grow your hair faster.
Human hair grows at a rough rate of 5/8 of an inch a month. Certain drugs like Rogaine may be able to increase that rate a little bit, but realistically 5/8 of an inch a month is the best you can do.

Essentially...nothing. Your hair will grow as fast as it always has grown.
I have yet to hear of any hair product that actually does what it claims, short of shampoo's claims to clean your hair, or a dye's claims to change the colour.
I have heard of some drugs that will cause your hair to grow faster as a side effect, but I don't see a doctor writing scrip for you for a controlled substance.
If you absolutely have to have hair down past your shoulders (or wherever you want it to fall to), find a good wig.

Congratulations, I hope you like your cut. With fresh ends, you can really grow healthier, longer hair super fast. Most hair grows about 1/2 inch to 1 inch a month. However, you can speed up your hair growth rate by using a good, natural hair growth product, eating protein, and drinking water.
Instead of buying hair care products from traditional retail stores, i.e. Target, try a natural product because other hair care products, even some that claim to be “all-natural" and for super hair growth, contain synthetic emulsifiers and harsh detergents, such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, Dimethicone, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Unfortunately, these products are loaded with toxins and chemicals that actually dry and strip your hair of vital nutrients it needs to grow.
Now that you have cut your hair, the key to growing your hair fast is finding a hair growth product that contains powerful essential oils, natural herbs, and vitamin rich nutrients your hair needs to survive. Look for products with ingredients such as: Aloe Vera, Citrus Fruits, Jojoba, Rosemary, and Sage. Make sure you stray away from all natural products that use natural extracts. Extracts are not as powerful as essentials oils. They are a cheap substitute for the real thing. Although there are several natural hair care products on the market, not all hair growth products are created equal. Make sure you read the fine print. Most “natural” products still contain phosphates, sodium lauryl sulfate, petroleum, mineral oil, and other lab created humectants that ultimately damage your hair. My advice---if you can’t read the ingredients, don’t buy the product. When I was searching for a natural hair growth product, I found one really great buy, Beauty 4 Ashes Super Hair Growth System. Finding this company took me awhile; but Beauty 4 Ashes pretty much gives you everything you need to make your hair grow. Foremost, I checked the ingredient listings and the products contained no artificial ingredients. The system also included hair growth vitamins, a great hair healthy eating plan, and even scalp stimulating hair growth exercise routine. At first, the system may seem a bit pricey, but, I extremely impressed with the results. My hair grew 1 1/2 inches in one month. And, my hair was shinier, smoother, and softer. You can find it easily at www.discoverb4a.com. Just to let you know, I don’t have the fastest growing hair. I traditionally get the usually ½ inch a month. But in 9 months, I went from hair at my ears to hair just below my shoulders I have to tell you that this product is worth the money.
Also, eat a protein rich diet, chocked fill of B Vitamins and other hair-strengthening nutrients. Increase your intake of fish. It is full of healthy proteins and essential fatty acids and natural oils your hair needs. In addition, drink a protein supplement or shake everyday. If you follow this plan, not only will your hair grow, but you will also lose weight. That is, of course, if you lay off the junk food.
Finally, drink plenty of water at least eight to ten glasses. Drinking water flushes your body of toxins, chemicals, and impurities that stifle your hair growth and disrupt your hormone and enzyme imbalances.
