the picture is already on a cd i just put into my computer but i want to make it my desktop page!!!!

oh...............ive tried right click then set as backgroend........doesnt work!

Right click on the desktop>properties>desktop tab> browse to the pic you want>open it>apply>OK

Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties, then click on the Desktop Tab. Scroll down the list of available backgrounds or click on Browse to choose a photo from My Pictures.

Right click anywhere on your dekstop , click properties , then click on the "Desktop" tab ... Then click "Browse" button and find the location of your Picture. Then click ok :)

if you have it on cd send it to desktop

open the picture file
go to file
save as
and save to desktop
find it on desktop and right click on it and scroll down to
save as back ground good luck

Right click the picture and then clikc on Put as desk top.
