you should at least find one thing that you are interested to do outside your home, such as go swimmings, play any sports you like or go workout at the gym. These habits can help you reduce stress and made sleeping better.

You need something to take an interest in that will keep you from dwelling on your problems. I don't know what you do but evidently you don't have much interaction with other people. Get active with other people. Take a walk around your neighborhood and see what is going on around you.

Think about ways to get out of your financial trouble and work up a plan. If it is credit card debt call them and tell them like it is. They will usually try to work with you and reduce your payment and interest for a period of time until you can get back on your feet.

Where there is a will, there is a way. You just have to find it. Don't give up!

Seek professional help. If you are having financial trouble, some Dr's will give you free samples. Since you have not been sleeping well for a while, your suicidal thoughts may just be because of desperation and exhaustion, it may or may not be depression. Cut out the alcohol and caffeine.

You may have a thyroid problem... I was diagnose as having depression but after a few months of taking lexapro (I do NOT recommend is unless you want to gain wight easily) they finally checked my blood and my thyroid was way off... Thyroid and Depression have some of the same symptoms... I was always feeling sleepy, yet I was restless, moody and felt out of it all the time plus some depression.. I got on the right meds and felt better... plus working out can always helps!!

It helps to exercise, it increases blood flow to the brain and creates endorphins which improves your mood. It will also help you get a more restful sleep. Stay away from junk foods and sugars, they only give you temporary rushes. Drink green tea instead of coffee and take some GIN SING and GINKGO along with a good multi vitamin. Eat a healthy diet with a good portion on vegetables and salmon, and eat at least 6 times per day. Good luck and remember we're all pulling for you.

This is not something like depression!!! It definitly sounds like you have depression.Check it out on the net.You have at least 3 symptoms and maybe more. You better go to the doctor because this is certainly treatable. If you don't go it could certainly get worse.Thoughts of suicide should always be taken very seriously. If you don't go to the doctor financial trouble will be the least of your problems. If you feel suicidal now go to the E.R. asap. They will let you talk to a sympathetic doctor and I assure you they will take care of you. Please don't wait till you do something harmful to yourself Most people have at least one episode of depression in their life time.Get it taken care of now before it gets worse or becomes chronic. You are worth it hon..

It could possibly be a symptom of depression. Perhaps the first thing to do is to have yourself checked by a doctor to make sure that your general health is okay. Then see a psychologist or psychiatrist if necessary.
