I think I'm falling for a girl I work with. Only problem is she has a boyfriend. Not into breaking people up but I really like her. It seems like she is interested in me to. We will hangout at work, flirt with eachother, joke around. It seems like shes not happy with her relationship. I just don't know how to tell her how I feel.

Unless she has told you directly that she's not happy with her boyfriend, then your role is to be her friend and colleague. If you have mis-read the situation, and she IS planning on staying with hm, then things could be really awkward and uncomfortable at work.
If you are her friend and something does change with her boyfriend, you will hear about it soon enough. Then you can decide how to proceed.
There is also the outside chance she would might take your declaration as harassment, which could land you in all sorts of trouble with management. Lots of companies don't want employees dating one another in order to avoid all the date drama.

Sounds to me like she does like you otherwise she wouldn't let you know that she's not happy in her current relationship. I liked a guy I worked with while I was dating someone who I didn't really like anymore. I could tell this guy I worked with had interest in me and so I made subtle hints that I liked him to. One of those hints was to talk about how I wasn't really happy with the guy I was with. The guy I worked with made a move and I left the guy I was with for him. We aren't together now, but it was sure fun while it lasted. If he wouldn't have ever told me what he was feeling the fun would have never happend. May as well tell her...what do you have to lose?

Ask her if she is happy with her relationship with her b/f. Not directly, but sort of guide your way to the subject. Wait, for a couple of days and tell her how you feel. Be straight forward with her, that's all a girl could ask for. Hope this advice helps you! Good luck!!

Ever watched the office? You may be attacked at work and saved by Dwight K Schrute, but you'll come out on top. Ok that may not happen for you but seriously:
If it hurts to think about it, def tell the truth, atleast you'll feel better. you may risk some awkwardness but its all good

My idea is that you send her a letter. At work, maybe you could say someone sent this into you..You write the note with your true feelings in it.Don't reveal yourself yet...When she responds maybe you'll get a little more of how she's feeling.Well, Best Wishes!

Can you ask her for a cocktail after work and tell her how you feel without making it uncomfortable? Go for it. I hope she doesn't have a million reasons why she has to stay in her unhappy relationship.

Your opening sentence would be like this. If u are not happy with him, need not worry coz you have me. Then see how she reacts to that first. She is a woman, she will get your message.

Absolutely. if you can't say it ,write her a note. Dear ... I wanted you to know that I really like you and value our relationship. give her a while to digest that and then she may come back with her feelings.

just keep being her friend for awhile. find out what the real deal is with her partner. if she is going to cheat with you on her guy she might do the same to you. keep getting to know her a bit longer
