i got a new puppy.. she:s 8 wks now but i got her 3 wks ago and like i told everyone and they are all like.. eew.. i dont like them and they yap alot and they r so shy n stuff.. and bambi.. my chihuahua isnt like that.. she is very social and has never yapped ever since i got her... she is now housebroken and very obidient... u have to get to know her though and you know how chihuahuas r extremely attached to one person, well she is but not extremely where she gets agressive or jealous... i didnt like chihuhuas cuz i though they where all the same (yaps alot, annoying, always scared and timid) but bambi proved me wrong

pay no mind to what people say she's your dog now and just like your mind change maybe someday someone else's will to everyone has their choice and opinions and you have yours love your pet she loves you and don't worry what others have to say, maybe you won't like a pet they get or have. don't you and bambi lose sleep over it you have each other now. and your a good person for saving one more animals life by giving it a home no matter its a breed to be known to yap a lot or be nervous, you saved that little one's life.

Chihuahuas have been my brother's favorite dogs since I can remember. I, personally don't like them because I prefer cats. However, I really liked the Chihuahua that comes out in the movie from Beverly Hills. These dogs are very sensitive to perceive who likes them and who hates them. I am often barked at because they can read my thoughts. Have fun with your dog.

My husband likes chihuahuas but we have a longhaired one, most people cant even tell its a chi til we tell them. She doenst yap and is very friendly. She actually just had puppies and they're adorable too. Some guys are just a**holes and cant find pets cute of anything. Those guys should just screw themselves.

I love them,your lil girl look a little like my lil boy but hes 5mths. I have 2 mine are the same like Bambi is except Teena she will bark at strange people but thats it.

I thank god that chihuahuas only weigh like one pound, if they had about fifty pounds to back up that attitude of theirs they would be the number one killer of everything everywhere.
I could easily picture a muscled up pack of chihuahuas taking down a pride of lions like they were a pile of leaves.

They are actually pretty vivious you know - train it well. My boyfriend has one - and it literally gets grumpy in a snap and turns around and bites you!
The other morning we were in bed and i accidently nudged it with my elbow in my sleep - It bit my bloody elbow!! it also bites any male that comes into the house - including children if he could get to them...
Train your puppy well - they are a bit like that and you don't want yours growing up to be nasty!
i do think they are cute though

Even though it's by far not my favourite breed of dog, I saw one yesterday at the petshop and sat there for a while going "Awwww cute man", my hubby had to drag me away

AWWW! She is sooo cute. Don't listen to anyone else!!! I have two chihuahua mixes. They are fabulous dogs!!! Mine bark sometimes but are under my control. They love everyone and everything. They get a bad rap but I love them! We recently bought my uncle a purebred one...they say its the best dog he ever got...loos identical to yours when we got him!

I have a chihuahua/mini. pin mix. She is not your average little dog. Mine is very well behaved and very obedient. She isn't yappy but she will bark at the door bell. I love her shes my best buddy.

i dont know what anyone else thinks but I love them . I have one of my own and I am fostering another one . The foster is kind of snippy but she was not properly socialized. My chi however was properly socialized and he is soooo good.
