The wedding and bachlorette party are both supposed to be in vegas. She doesn't have much money to spend and I don't want to go drinking, plus she (MOH) can't because she is underage. The bachlorette party is only 4 girls all together and on a thursday night at the end of May! Any Ideas??

Go last minute to the Coke booth at the end of the strip. See what tickets they have available for that night. Perhaps a concert.

It's rather expensive but I would LOVE to see Cirque De Solei (however you spell it) in Vegas. That would be awesome. And you can get discount tickets for during the week days and last minute at that booth. Otherwise why don't you just walk the strip. It's gorgeous. Go ride the rollar coaster and watch the fountain light show at the MGM/Bellagio (sp?).

Vegas is entertainment in itself. You don't need further planning.

(I'd also consider taking a bachelorette day instead of night--and take one of the tours--Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, etc) One of you should buy the book Vegas for $40 a day. That has the best buffets to attend, the best everything. And I know if I had a group I would go get the $50 burger. Probably with the whole wedding party though--perhaps after the rehearsal dinner. Yeah its expensive but you split it between the entire wedding party it would be like $7-8 a person. And its a HUGE burger. Look Big Daddy Burger at the Upper Deck in The Las Vegas Club Casino

I suggest a spa/shopping day or dinner. However, your choices may be somewhat limited, as Las Vegas is very expensive. The finer restuarants usually cost more the $70 a person. I don't know if that's out of your budget or not. You just need to look around for deals.
