please, please, please follow everyone's advice and call a pharmacist......Don't over medicate. I have issues with my personal life from time to time too--it's best to face them head-on, without medication. You are only prolonging the inevitable.
Please, don't make yourself sick from overmedicating.

Depends...if you're having pain take another hydrocodone. If you're just having anxiety I would take the Xanax. Since it's been 4 hours you should be okay taking another pill. As long as you haven't been drinking alcohol. If you regularly take Xanax you need to keep taking it anyway on a regular basis to keep your levels even.

High School Sucks, that's a fact, but once its over you stop caring what people think almost instantly. All the people being horrible to you will dissapear, so ignore them NOW. As far as your family mistreating you, tell them how you feel because even my parents - great as they are - never really put themselves in my shoes until I talked about it. Understand that most people that attack others in high school have nothing left afterward, and that everybody's ignorant in the primary education years. Just make sure to have one good friend and you'll be okay. Understanding is key on both sides... If you feel truly, truly down and depressed, focus on what's making you depressed and root it out! Tear it apart because you're better than that a%%hole excuse for an emotion! As for your grades slipping, focus on what you want to be, find a career center or search online for career tests to find where your niche is. Your grades now will parlay into that later too. Believe me, college is more challenging but also far more fun, as well as life in general after that tumultuous period.

Avoid using meds to help you relax, as any medication you take will have some sort of side effect. Also, learning and practicing techniques to relax yourself and calm yourself without the aid of medication will only benefit you.
Try this: lay down, get as comfortable as you can, and think healing, relaxing thoughts. Notice how you feel, and imagine your anxious feelings being gently washed away. Be creative! It may seem strange if you aren't used to doing this, but at the very least it is a fun exercise. Good luck, I hope you can find some rest!

Never change how you take a mediation without consulting your doctor.
Tomorow, you may want to call your dr. yes, i know it's sunday but they have answering services so they can be reached. All part of the job.,
If the surgery is still bothering you, perhaps you should tell your dr how you feel.
Sounds perhaps like depression. Don't worry. This is so common, and it does NOT mean you have a mental illness.
make that call tomorrow.
Why be miserable.
Post next week and me us know who you're doing.

The vicodin is problably keeping you awake- it can do that sometimes. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your pain meds. I would be really careful about the mixture of drugs in your system- you must have heard about lethal combinations, not to mention the high addictability. You would have more problems than you ever bargained for if you become addicted to prescription meds- your personal life may become a real nightmare if you give yourself a drug problem to top it off! Good luck- I hope you heal very quickly.

It depends on how often you are suppose to take the hydrocodone. I think you should wait. Or better yet call a hospital and ask for the ask a nurse line they tell you everything; besides I use them for anything.

Call you doctor. The problems with Vicodin (hydrocodone) and other painkillers is that the more you take them the more you need to achieve the same level of pain relief: that is the reason they are addictive.

what i suggest, and what i did after surgery and i had a late night question, is call the emergency room or the floor of the hospital (where your room was if a in patient) the nurses there will be happy to help you with any information they have
ps: also , realize if, due to surgery, you are not as active as you were in the past, you might have trouble sleeping,,,,,,, accept it,,,, it will be ok if you stay awake,,, or is it more the aniety you need the help for? or both?

You are probably best off calling a 24 hour pharmacy and asking a licensed pharmacist then taking advice from anyone on here.
