1. No, it won't stop them because they'll find an imam that agrees with them. They're doing it now.
2. There isn't a stop button for this type of problem. Why? Because those not in power want to be in power and once they get in power, those not in power want to be in power and once they get in power, those not....
3. You didn't ask it, but I think it was implied. How can we bring peace in this religion filled world? We don't. Too many people who think they should be in charge, not enough king-vacancies to go around.

Yes I think it would. But the problem IS the imams. The terrorists are people who are not educated and are not wealthy. Many are illiterate. They do not read and understand the Quran themselves but rely on their imams and mullahs to guide them. Unfortunately the mullahs feed them interpretations that are twisted to their own gains. They want power so they use religion as fuel to get people to follow them. If the men actually read the Quran themselves and tried to understand they would realize how wrong they were. How many people would expect an educated muslim doctor to become a terrorist? Its the poor uneducated people that are mainly the problem. Islam =/= terrorism

1st of all, in Islam it is a sin to tell someone if they are going to heaven or hell, because no one knows and only God is allowed to make the judgment.
And God judges your true intentions..so who the hell know where the terrorist are going, whether it be hell or heaven
i leave that up to my Creator.
But all rational Imams condemn terrorism as all Muslims should and are told to condemn it by God.

The stop button to terrorism is justice.
Justice=peace. It's that simple.
Either watch Peter Jenning's "century" series or read "All the Shah's Men" by Steven Kinzer. You'll see why we're so hated all over the world and what terrorism stems from.

Almost all of the Imams condemn these acts. Of course there are always some misguided ones out there, i hope you were not generalizing all Imams or Muslims. We condemn terrorism!

Well you see, it is already prohibited to kill innocent people in islam, in islam the only reason you can go to jihad, is if you are defending yourself, not to start fights. even do we know that killing innocent people is a major sin in islam, imams still cant till them they are going to go to hell. because it says in the Quran that no one knows who goes to heaven or hell but God.

You have to think of what suicide bombers are going through. In their state of mind do you think that ANYONE can stop them? Nope. All they are thinking about is the loved ones they lost or the house they no longer have..and a country that no longer belongs to them..
I dont want you to think I am supporting them..But just think of what THEY feel. They feel they are doing the only thing left to do. Its Sad...
