I know i should ask a doctor but it's kind of midnight and im not exactly going to rush to the hospital because of pains that i've experienced before for whatever reason even if they make me feel as if im being stabbed.

You have had a pretty comprehensive evaluation for your symptoms. To answer your questions:

1) GI causes can be possible. An upper endoscopy or upper GI series can look for possibilities like GERD, an ulcer, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.

2) Angina spasms are possible. Provocative tests, like ergonovine and hyperventilation stress tests, can be considered if variant angina syndromes are considered.

3) If TOS is present, there is a possibility that the symptoms would worsen if not appropriately treated.

4) An injury may be associated with TOS. It is not likely with variant-angina. If an injury is suspected, you can consider a referral to a physiatrist (rehabiliation MD) to further explore this.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

What variety of activity do you do? I recognize after I run a few miles I believe extra unsleeping. And that is an ongoing activity movements, now not only one every week. Also, it would be your vitamin. I recognize while I consume plenty of 'white' starches (bread, rice, cereal, pasta) I believe much less energized. After getting rid of the ones meals and consuming extra entire wheat meals, I felt extra colourful. You would even be missing nutrients/minerals. I take multivitams day-to-day, w/o it, I believe sleepy. I doubt its a center challenge, except you've got been exeriencing plenty of strain or were consuming fatty/top-ldl cholesterol meals. Try to consume extra uncooked recent culmination and veggies, plus a well quantity of water. I additionally recognize there anything known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome- while anyone is highly unfunctional when you consider that they are always exhausted/worn out----ask your surgeon approximately it. Hope this is helping :)

Have you been really active recently? Sports, moving heavy objects, that kind of stuff? IF so, it could be intercostalitis, a painful but harmless form of stress to the chest muscles. Ibuprofen should help.

IF not....well...wake up your parents and tell them you need a doctor.

Sounds like cramping so you could try some warm milk with honey (microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes) .
If that does not work , see your doctor .

How about you ask a qualified doctor instead of getting information from people who might not even know what they're talking about?

I mean, it'd be a lot safer to do that than get an answer saying, "Oh yeah, you have cancer." or something and freaking out.

Ask a qualified doctor about it.
