The gardens where we're getting married don't have a place to make an aisle for the wedding party to walk down, and all the guests will be standing. However, there is a sidewalk on each side, approaching the area where we're exchanging vows. What would be the best way to walk in and out of the ceremony?

I've never been to a wedding where the groom walked down an aisle at the same time as the bride. He and the groomsmen have always just entered from the side, and were there when the bridesmaids and bride came down the aisle. How would this work?

I would say have the bridal party already standing in the front and both you and your fiance walk from either sides, meet at the middle and leave the way he came. That would be the easiest in my opinion.:0)

Have the guest on each side to move over as far as possible (even on the side walk sense they will be standing anyway), then the wedding party can walk down the aisle.

Bride comes in from left a little while after the groom comes in from the right. Say the vows, take the exit down the left.

Approach from the left side, since this is the side where the bride's family and friends usually would sit, if your ceremony was being held in a church.

Walk down one of the sides, and then across to the minister. You should probably go on the left side, because the guys will be on the left side, and you want to face your husband-to-be when you come around the corner to him. Walk out the same way you came in.

We have the exact same thing at the site for my wedding. I am walking in from the side where a little path is.

Each of you approach from opposite sidewalks and meet together at the front.
