Yooo Dog.....I would leave that Super Bee SRT 8....STOCK!!!! only 500 made and by customizing it you will devalue that limited edition car. The only mod's I would seriously look at is maybe:
1) Chrome 20's or 22" rims and store the stocker SRT8 20" rims & tires in a garage
2) MOPAR CAI
3) Upgrade the exhaust.
These things you can store the stock parts and place them back without any issues if you want to sell it down the road.

Also, in my opinion the SRT 8 Super Bee is already a unique car you don't really need to upgrade a lot of things on these cars!

Don't even think about doing anything to this car. It should come with all of the goodies that you want anyway. The audio quality should be pure Infinity. I think that Satelite audio and a dvd video option are there for you to select, if you want them that is. But, if you do add things to it, remember that some insurance companies will not cover the changes that you made, because you altered the vehicle.

if yuo buying the super bee limited edition then leave it alone. as you will hurt the value of the car. those cars I think are limited to like 500 production. if you want to cusomize it. then get a regular SRT-8

a car is not a car untill it's unique. my opinion - modify it cause you can always remove all the modifications and bring the condition of your ride back to stock. just dont send your stock parts to the junkyard. keep the stock wheels, stock stereo, etc. keep all that and when you need to sell it just remove all the mods and snap in all the stock parts.
hope that helps.
