it is very annoying, and im getting worried that it might be somekinda tumor or cancer or something

You should see a doctor and have it evaluated immediately. It could be a tumor. I had a friend die of brain cancer at 26. It could also be that you bumped your head, you didn't say how long you have had it or other details. Please go to the doctor.

My brother had a bump that did that behind his ear. He put it off for about a month. When he finally went the doctor, they thought it was a cyst and tried to pop it. Turns out it was an abnormal cell cluster.
Could be a lot of things, get it checked out.
