TRUTH ! Any Christian that said such a thing, isn't doing or saying what Jesus said. Personally, I believe there is no such thing as ' Atheists '. In Prison, on Death Row, a convicted prisoner who is about to die, isn't yelling He's a Atheist. He's on His knee's asking God forgiveness !! A Soldier dying doesn't say He's a atheist, he's asking God to forgive him. No such thing as a ' Atheist '. Even those head-hunters in the deep jungle know that there is a higher power.! And yes, a true Christian will try and show thoughtfulness and kindness, or Love rather than putting someone down !! God Blesses All !!

There are many reasons to go on living and hopefully an atheist will come to know and accept Christ as our Lord and Savior. This isn't a question I would ask an atheist.

I see this as extremely rude. You have a life and a free will.
No one should try to make you feel guilty if you don't believe
as they do.
This is a major problem from judgemental religionists.

Why do anything at all if there's nothing after this life? Why obey the law if there's no God? There's really no point in doing or not doing anything if there's no ultimate, supreme authority to answer to. I did something wrong. So what? Who says it was wrong, and who are they to say so? I did something right. So what? Who says it was right, and who are they to say so? If I did something wrong, who's to punish me for it? If I did something right, who's to reward me for it? No God, no point.

that is kinda funny. It's like saying, "If I can't live forever, then I don't want to live at all!" Yeah, that doesn't make sense.
