You should comfort him. Tell him that you will always love him.. And that he shouldn't worry she is in Gods hands and that he still has you.

I don't think there's anything you can say to make him feel better, but just simply be there for him. In a few days, he might want to talk about her. Just listen to him, hold him when he cries, and smile when he remembers the good times. He may want his space, or he may be real clingy. Just let him call the shots and go with the flow.

unless you have gone through something like that at all! there is really nothing you can do becuz you dont know how he feels!! but all you can do is be there for him, talk to him and try to understand that he might just want to have some alone time sometimed and its not becuz he doesnt want you around or you are bothering him its becuz he just wants time alone to grieve! and just ub=nderstand that and try not to argue with him or disagree! he just lost somebody he loves very much dont try to diappoint him in anyway. i know becuz my boyfriend went through the same thing and it was hard but as long as he knew he had someone to talk to and lean on it will make him appreciate you more!! good luck!

Sometimes saying nothing says it all. Just tell him that you are here to listen (not talk) if he ever needs a shoulder to cry on. Don't make the mistake in pressuring him to talk. Everyone grieves in different ways, and you don't want to ruin your relationship by stepping on his feelings. Good luck and god bless.

Follow his lead. If he wants to spend time, spend time with him... If he wants to have some time alone, allow him that time... If he wants to cry, allow him to cry... If he wants to laugh, laugh with him... If he doesn't want to talk about it or deal with it, then allow him that too... It's his grief, you don't have to do anything but just be there, if that's what he wants.

Tell him that you are sorry for his loss, send flowers to the funeral home, and just be there for him.
