Didn't say what kind of manual...
Owners manuals and any other manuals that usually came with the vehicle can be found electronically here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals/default.asp
For paper issues, you are looking at the dealer.
The repair manuals, It depends.. Since it's pretty new, your f-150 may or may not have a repair manual on it yet.. try those sources such as autozone and pep boys for those books (however they are pretty much universal over a few years of those trucks (for yours usually 04-on) covering only major areas.with electrical not being good at all.
If not available there, you are looking at paying for services such as alldatadiy.com online since the truck is pretty new or paying At a car dealer roughly $175 for a CD that covers all of the Ford shop manuals related to the car.
Hope this helps

any auto supply can get it, if it isn't on the shelf. it costs around $20. it will usually cover several models, but the book will have sections for any differences. all mechanical and electrical are usually nearly identical, but it will not contain any a/c information as it is federally regulated.

I'd start with the tires/rims, but it could also be a u-joint in your drive-shaft. The speed range is about right for that. Do you ever feel the vibration during initial acceleration? That would point to u-joints.
