when i call on skype to my friends, they tell me that they keep on hearing themselvs talking on a delay, which is kind of annoying to them...
is there any way in the definitions that i can change something so that they wont have to suffer??

This is an echo, when their voice comes out of your speakers, it gets re-entered into your microphone.
1) Use a more proffessional microphone.
or
2) Buy a headset.
or
3) Use earphones.

Contact Skype and report the problem, They will have it fixed in no time, unless it is from your cell, which you can still get fixed from them, but it might take some time. IF thats the case, then it's probably a problem with the antennas or the satellite connections, OR the microphone or headset. The list of possibilities never end

If you have desktop speakers and a desktop microphone, they will hear always themselves as an "echo". Do you have a web cam with built-in Mic? Disconnect it!
Get a good Headset & Mic with "Noise canceling" built in. Google for them.

You might have the speakers up too loud and the microphone sensitivity too high.
