i wanna use the computer as a simple phone without internet connection!!?

i need a software to make phone calls using the computer with a phone line without internet connection!!,... plz don't tell me about skype or yahoo or any other things like that, i know all this, i just want to call with my phone line!!!!

It can't be done without an Internet Connection.

I haven't seen any Phone Emulation software since the 80's under DOS.

Buy a $20 phone, unplug the computer, and plug in the phone. When you're done with the call, unplug the phone, and plug the computer back in. Simple.
Why do you want to plug the computer into the phone jack if you're not going to have an internet connection?
