Uh, ok, the HUGE difference between guys and girls is that most girls want affection with the sex...the trick is to find a girl that wants the same thing as you: hot, meaningless sex with a stranger they just met in a bar...oh and you have to be good-looking too...bcuz if that's all the girl wants, then she's going to be assessing your physique.

I too am interested in getting attractive young grrls to come home with me... but I try to at least have a little class about it. Try making some friends first. It makes the sex better anyway, IMO.
Your question sounds quite rude and you're going to get alot of stuff over it...

Be confident and go the meat market bars. Chances are you won't find such a woman at a hotel bar. Work on your game and go to the bars over and over, if you get known one night stands are easier.

Buy them drinks. Chat with them most of the night. When closing time comes, ask them if they would like to come home with you.
DON'T take their coats, and then when closing time comes and they ask why you have their coat tell them "I just wanted to talk to you, baby."
