I wish, but no.
Fruits and vegetables will give you the majority of the nutrients you need (especially to sustain a runner's body), but not enough.
You need protein, iron, vitamin B and omega 3s from lean red meats, pork, chicken and fish.
How much weight you lose depends on too many factors (are you running hills or the treadmill? What is your current BMI? etc.)

NO. You must get some protein in your diet. Your muscles are made of protein, and if your body does not receive protein, it will steal it from your muscles.
The diet you propose is a recipe for serious illness. Fruit and veggies serve mostly as fiber. Basically, you will end up eating nothing, as running and eating fiber will cause you to have the runs (diarrhea). You will dehydrate yourself and find that you have no energy or muscle tone (body stealing the protein).
If you are serious about losing weight, then go to a doctor. Let him or her weigh you and give you a diet to follow.
You must have protein in your body... as well as other nutrients.

You will also need to have some protein in your diet if you are going to be running daily, otherwise your muscles with "starve". There is a diet that has you eat 70% raw food (fruits, veggies, nuts), the rest is lean meats, low fat cheese & yogurts. Make sure to stay away from processed carbs & drink lots of water.

First, veggies are for toddlers. Adults eat vegetables. Second, just eating fruits and vegetables will result in malnourshment, you need to take in protein. Better to have a high protein diet and exercise, skip the rabbit food, especially salads as most greens have little nutritional value and just cause diahrea

ok take this from someone who once wanted to be a vegetarian, if you eat only fruits and veggies, your body will be weak because you are not getting enough protein to keep your muscles growing. you need to get protein in your diet. try protein shakes, tofu, anything with soy in it (98% of the protein you need is in meat. 95% is in soybeans), nuts, eggs (not technically considered meat, they are eaten by vegetarians too) and beans. fruits and veggies are awesome for your health but make sure you are not eating a lot of junk food. to lose weight you dont need to stop eating meat. just eat healthy foods or organic foods and lean meat and get plenty of activity in your day. make sure you eat enough (don't over indulge) and make sure you dont push your body too hard. if you don't get enough fat in your system though, your body will end up with nothing to burn and end up burning your muscle which is really bad for you so don't do it. hope i helped!

veggies are awsome for your body. Fruits are great too but they are called "natures candy"....they do contain sugars. Keep them in your diet thought they have all kinds of vitamins and antioxidents in them. do eat things with proteins. Lean meats. The protein will help build muscle and muscle helps you burn calories....soooo good luck

Eating ONLY fruits and veggies is NOT a balanced diet and not good for you to eat ONLY these items.
Since you don't give your height and weight, I won't discuss how to diet since you could be anorectic. Your comments sound suspiciously like someone who has anorexia and I won't help an anorectic to harm themselves.

No, make sure you get protein. Being vegetarian is fine, just include vegetarian sources of protein such as dried beans/legumes, nuts and whole grains. These contain much more protein than fruits and vegetables.
