Well, the Biblical answer to this would be the Holy Spirit. Of course, the atheistic answer and/or the "logical/scientific" answer would be Mary's husband Joseph. I guess it depends on who you ask.
I wouldn't say that I'm a Christian, but I do believe there is a supreme being who created the universe.
