Roxio easy media creator 7 PLEASE HELP?

I need some desperate help. I don't know how to put a video into a title. Someone made me a DVD with roxio. It had the title page and then the icon of the video to play. How do I make that. By the way, why is the "ADD SELECTED TITLE not letting me click on it? It is faded out, and so is ADD TRANSITIONS. Please be very descriptive. thanks for you're time, I really appriciate it.

You usually just drag the video and drop it in. It;s been a while since I used roxio, e-mail me if you're still stuck and I;ll try and recreate it.
