I'm looking for champagne flutes (glasses) that do not have the bottom on the stems so that they can just be inserted in the top of a cake and easily removed without ruining the cake. I saw these on Food Network channel a while back, but can't seem to find anyone who sells them.

Do you mean plastic champagne glasses? They carry them in any party store. They usually come in packs of 10 or 25. You just don't put the base on the stem, if you want to insert them in your cake.

There's a guy on there selling setsbof 6, he has 46 sets available.

i'm not sure whether you have dollarama there but they sell plastic champagne glasses where you can remove the bottom. You can also try party shop - i got some from there too...and the other place would be bakery, they usually sell a plastic/crystal like plate to hold figurine and such. good luck ;)
