whats prettier on girls?...long layered hair..or short?...

i have long layered wavy hair and sometimes straighten but never really have time...and thinking of getting something shorter..im slim,and have an oval face

From guys alot of time i hear long hair is better, but short hair works really well on some face shapes. It depends on the girl's appearance;if she's fat i'll say long but not to long,if she's slim i'll say short but personally i like long because my boyfriend once told me that a woman's hair is here beauty apart from her figure.

It all depends on the style of the girl. Some girls look good with long hair. Some girls look good with short hair.

It depends on the girl, some look good in one some look good in both, and it also depends on the health of the hair. If you're in doubt go for hair that goes just past your shoulders. I dislike these generalized questions... how does one answer that?

I like long...but not long hair that goes pass the middle of your back.

If it's short your limited to hairstyles, but if it's med-long you have more options. You can wear it up or down. Curl it or straighten it. There's just more options.

Both are nice.

I find that long hair suits younger girls, but past a certain age, like 30ish, older women look better with short hairstyles.
perhaps because hair starts thinning or dulling at an older age, so it looks better kept short.

It depends alot on the shape of your face and head, you can try going to a beauty supply and trying on different short or long style wigs to get an idea of what looks good on you....
