actually i just found an easier way than that firsty guy.

they have a button to the right of bold italic, underline and to the left of font color that is used to change the case.

thanks for the asnwer though.

Highlight the entire text, go to the Home tab, and click the Change Case button (which is underneath the font size drop-down box). The Change Case button has a picture of a capital and lowercase A.

Edit - SELECT ALL - Format - Paragraph - Font - Lowercase
