The energy thing may be that you are not getting sufficient exercise- you should be getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Or you may not be getting all the right nutrients. The sadness part may be a sign of depression. Are you overweight? If you are your body may get tired from carrying excessive weight. Tell your parents and go to the doctor for a diagnosis.

Nothing! You are still growing at 15, attending school, which can be draining and you need the refreshing nap. Do not worry, seems we should all take a nap, helps us live longer only we think this nap taking is a problem. As for feeling sad, you do not say why, unless you are concerned that you are doing what comes naturally having a nap. If it is any help, I would nap at noon everyday while at work, thankfully had my own office so could lock the door, take the phone off the hook. That extra noon to 1pm nap, kept me going until 8 or 9pm at night. Give yourself a break you are young and have a hectic energetic life ahead of you, so take as much sleep now as you want, because later on in life you will not have the time.

some people have those indicators because of the fact they do no longer seem to be getting good sleep simply by sleep apnea. this is a project the place you extremely are no longer getting sufficient oxygen and shop waking up attempting to capture your breath. Has every person each informed you you snore loudly? Do you have some heaviness around your neck section? you ought to look into that.

You are probably just growing, and yoru body needs more sleep . Dont stress about it just yet, give yourself a few more weeks, maybe your growth spurt will be over, and you will need less sleep. Some people need more sleep then others, and teenagers go through growth spurts. Your being sad may have nothing to do with your sleeping. goodluck

there could be something wrong with your thyroid. i have the same thing, and you might just have cronic tiredness. but recently ive been taking this vitamin CoQ10 everyday and i think that it is helping with my tiredness. you can get it at any drug store. try it! it might help you. but i totally feel your pain. im the same way. it sucks. also you might be depressed for no apparent reason. im the same way and it makes me very very tired. but i feel mentally fine. *shrugs* im in the same boat but try that vitamin, it seems to be helping me at the moment.

You could be depressed. Get a physical to rule out physical causes and then talk to your school counselor.

Get a physical from your physician. Do some bloodwork to see if you are lacking any nutrients. If not , get tested for depression.
