Fasting throws your body into "starvation" mode in which it becomes very efficient at storing fat, sometimes taking calories for energy from muscle tissue (like your heart). Three days may not harm you, but neither will it make you lose real weight. You may lose water weight, but you won't lose fat. You will burn calories, the amount depending on the amount of physical activity you engage in, but burning those calories will not equal burning fat.

You would slow down your metabolism. That means that as soon as you do eat again the food stays in you and is stored as fat because your body thinks it is starving. If you fast, you will gain weight, not lose it. Dont do it.

dont do it - you will lose water weight and muscle not fat and dramatically slow down metabolism which will make weight loss in the future even harder.
and you will gain back even more after those 3 days.
