Resana does not appear to be a Spanish word and I speak the language fluently. EXCEPT in one case. In some spanish speaking countries you add "re" to a front of an adjective to imply "real" or "very". If this were the case for this word, re sana would be like saying "really healthy" refering to some femenine person or object.

it is posible resana de resanar .

it is used when a wall or floor or any surface has an imperfection and is corrected with any plastic material.
concrete, in a house, etc .

Those are not Spanish words. I have also checked with the RAE (Real Academia) and don´t exist.
