As this a colloquial expression is, In the sense of the usage, it translates as SO GOOD YOU ARE! "Good" in this case refers to a curvy voluptuous woman, not much to a pretty faced one.

I forgot something. It's not "guena" but "buena"

The correct spelling is ¡Qué buena estás! and means what Marcello and Adam explained in their answer (see above).

Just to let you know that although "guena" is incorrect spelling, the "gauchos" in Argentina used to speak that way... they said "güena" (pronouncing the "u") like in "buena", but replacing the "b" by a "g". The gauchos were people with no literacy.
