As with most anti-depressants Wellbutrin can increase suicial thoughts and actions particularly in people under the age of 18.
Wikipedia states:
Taking antidepressants may increase suicidal thoughts and actions in about 1 out of 50 people 18 years or younger. Although bupropion is prescribed for children, FDA has not approved bupropion for use in children.

any and all antidepressants have the potential for possible suicide thoughts/acts
the reason being.. the person can actually too far in the deep dark depress ion to "think" or actually do something about committing the act of killing him/herself
when the depression starts to ease up.. the person becomes more physically and mentally active
thus thoughts of suicide start
does that make any sense

I take Wellbutrin and I think it does because my suicide thoughts slowly went away after about 2 months. I know, that's like way to long to wait. but don't do anything stupid that you're going to regret because its nothings worth harming your body for.

I don't think so. Prozac and Zoloft have been blamed for the same thing. It doesn't make any sense to me. People with depression sometimes have suicidal thoughts. Blaming the medication would be like blaming cancer treatment for giving people cancer.
