How about this...
We evaluate every girl for sex. And we do so on a regular basis and it doesn't necessarily require our full attention to do so.
If the guy is really into himself, he will try to actually have sex with pretty much every girl. If the guy lacks confidence, or is living based on a particular moral set, he will never try to have sex with that girl. And then there's everyone in between.
When you asked the question and I saw your avatar, I evaluated the d*mn avatar! Sad, but true. We really like sex and in THEORY would like to have it with most girls, but we also know that reality is different and there are more factors to consider (like a friendship, etc.). Thus, most guys are still nice and hold a conversation... ;-)

No, not ALWAYS. There are some girls that we just don't see that way. There are also some that we see that way but we know it won't happen, or we don't want to ruin the friendship. And sometimes it is in the back of our minds.
A true man, can get some poon in a few days and has no need to endanger valued friendships.

No, I have very deep friendships with a couple of women with whom I have never been sexually involved. If fact, I've been married 30 years. Both my wife and I have platonic friends of the opposite sex. Having female friends enriches my lives and there is a different level of communication than with my male friends. Conversely, my male friends are also essential to my mental well-being.

Men ARE capable of platonic relationships HOWEVER they always think about sex. Any woman that walks down the street they think about how it would be to do them. They will either think:
"Dang I want them so bad"
"She's okay I would hit that" OR
"NEVER WOULD I DREAM OF DOING THAT"
Sorry girls, men are a sex driven species. I am very grateful for that because otherwise women would not have great orgasms. (unless brought on by masturbation which is not as much fun)

no not necessarily , guys just want 2 hang with girls as friends sometimes , without thinking of sex . depends on the guy , everyone is different, but yes sex is most of the time in the back of our minds , but it can be anyone , and mostly not a friend .

Well, sometimes. But, I believe the male brain thinks about sex every 10 seconds and I guess if were talking to you at the time we subconsciously do. I don't personally, but maybe b/c i get laid a lot.
