I am having a REAL hard time choosing one answer here, you guys have some AWSOME ideas..
dancing with Ellen?, great
Yoga?, awsome
taking walks, playing video games, Bike riding?, classic
Daily affirmations. Feng shui? sounds good but what does it mean?
woo-saa technique from Bad Boys 2? LMAO

Well ya lay off the coffee. Coffee can make you all crazy and act all hyper so lay off of it. Try just to keep cool with your friends. Dont get mad for the littlest and stupidest reasons. I kinda have anger management so i get mad really easily.To keep me away from doing bad things I sometimes take walks with friends and talk about what I have trouble with. I also just find different things to do like play videogames or ride my bike. You should try it. You can also try counseling if you want. Just dont drink beer or do drugs and all that crap cause it wont get you anywhere in life or through anger management.And one more thing. dont do stupid things like thinking about suicide or killing anybody.

Well, you could try the woo-saa technique from Bad Boys 2 if that doesn't work try baking with Martha and if you're still having problems controlling your anger then you should try dancing with Ellen. It's very calming.

Quit smoking...if you do.
Yoga and meditation. (Didn't we almost start talking about this once?)
Daily affirmations.
Feng shui your home. (no, I'm not joking)
Calming scents in your home like lavender.

Do something soothing and relaxing like yoga...that might calm you a little.
