A guy named George went into the bathroom, there was only one other guy in there, they both were at the urinals, and George just stared at the other guy the whole time? Just like staring, not saying anything to him.

I don't know if the guy thinks it is funny or not...
All I do know is that if a chick did that to me in the public bathroom...(not that I would ever use a public bathroom or anything) She would be getting hit in the face with either the door or the bottom of my shoe!
So I guess the answer is no. I don't.
